Fall Schedule
The start of our year-long program begins in the fall which serves as a combination of skill training and team practices. This allows our players to develop as individuals and as teams. Training sessions will be held in Grand Rapids and Detroit while Lansing will host our team practices. All teams will compete in one (1) tournament to conclude the fall season.

Box Lacrosse Schedule
Box Lacrosse is a proven way to improve your lacrosse IQ and stick skills at an accelerated rate. Led by current NLL pro-Josh Jubenville, our box program has grown to dominate the Midwest.

Winter Schedule
Our winter season is exclusively devoted to working on position specific skill training and development. 8 weeks of fundamental repetition, concept teaching, forming lacrosse athleticism, perfecting technique and building good habits to set our players up for success during the summer tournament circuit. Weekly training sessions will be mirrored in Grand Rapids & Detroit.

Summer Schedule
The best time of the year! Summer is packed with 20 total hours of combined training and team practices. 1 training session and 1 team practice per week for the entirety of the summer season. Grand Rapids will host the west side training sessions while Detroit hosts the east side sessions. All AA & A teams will attend 3 tournaments.
