Omnia builds lacrosse players with ongoing training, camps, and clinics. Learning fundamentals, building skills, and competing against the best. All training sessions will be organized and run by accomplished and experienced coaches. Our coaches bring energy and creativity to every session.

Fall / Winter Training

We offer 90-minute combined grade training sessions for off-season conditioning and skills development. We work on position-based skills required to enhance your player's lacrosse IQ.

Summer Tournaments and Development

Success in tournament play is earned not given. We offer 90-minute combined grade training sessions and 120-minute team practices to prepare your player to go head-to-head with other top lacrosse players in Michigan, the Midwest, and the entire U.S.

Omnia Blueprint

Our year-long program beginning in the fall and finishing with the summer season. Omnia is packed with multiple tournaments and hours of skills training and team practices.​
